Customers
Toggle which roles each customer needs. Turning one on creates an Unassigned card on the board; turning it off removes the card(s) (any current holder is ended, with history kept).
Owner = the team member holding the customer's highest-ranked role; everyone else assigned is supporting. Role order is set in Roles.
